液相色谱-同位素比质谱法同时测定葡萄酒中甘油和乙醇的δ13C值

采用液相色谱-同位素比质谱(LC-IRMS)技术建立了同时测定葡萄酒中甘油和乙醇δ13C值的分析方法。优化了葡萄酒中影响甘油和乙醇色谱分离的条件。方法的精密度和准确度分别为0.15‰~0.26‰和0.11‰~0.28‰。对40个葡萄酒样品进行了测定,甘油和乙醇的δ13 C值分别为-26.87‰~-32.96‰、-24.06‰~-28.29‰,两者具有较强的相关性(R=0.82)。该方法不需要复杂的样品预处理,在相同条件下同时测定甘油和乙醇的δ13C值,较传统方法简单、快速。     

高效液相色谱法同时测定催化反应液中氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐和氨基葡萄糖酸

向制备氨基葡萄糖酸的催化反应液中加入亚硝酸盐试剂,在25℃下衍生反应5 min,所得含有氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐和氨基葡萄糖酸衍生物的溶液用作高效液相色谱分析。选用AminexHPX-87H离子排斥色谱柱为固定相,以5 mmol·L^-1硫酸溶液为流动相进行淋洗,用示差折光检测器进行检测,提出了同时测定氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐和氨基葡萄糖酸的高效液相色谱法。2种化合物的色谱峰面积与其浓度均在50 mmol·L^-1以内呈线性关系,检出限（3S/N）依次为0.014,0.034 mmol·L^-1。方法用于5批催化反应液中氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐和氨基葡萄糖酸的测定,加标回收率依次在99.3%～100%,99.2%～102%之间;测定值的相对标准偏差均小于2.5%。     

无外加酸体系中高温合成Al-SBA-15

在无外加酸的体系中,以三嵌段共聚物P123为模板剂,一步合成有序介孔材料Al-SBA-15。考查了高温和硅/铝源物种共水解对产物形貌和结构性质的影响。XRD,N₂吸附脱附,IR,SEM,TEM等结果表明,在无外加酸的体系中,升高晶化温度至423 K促使Al-SBA-15的短棒状颗粒分散、卷曲成环状。与较低晶化温度下得到的样品对比,孔径增大,比表面积明显降低。当晶化温度低于423 K,样品铝含量基本保持不变。研究还发现,硅源/铝源物种共水解时间超过20 h后,所得样品中铝含量明显降低。     

基于数字式MEMS传感器的声阵列成像系统设计*

常规驻极体传声器阵列成像系统存在数据采集系统复杂、体积大的问题,因而阵列传感器数量一般不超过60个,成像质量较差。为此,本文以数字式MEMS声传感器基础设计了260个传感器的声阵列,数据采集系统由FPGA控制,并嵌入到前端阵列中,后端是在另一个FPGA控制下的1个DSP芯片和2个PC104模块组成的集成系统,其中高速DSP芯片完成阵列信号处理以实现声成像功能。该系统能够实现对普通车间环境下机械设备噪声、气体泄漏噪声的现场成像测试,形成动态声像图。测试表明,该系统抗干扰能力强、声像分辨率高、成像速度快,实用效果良好。     

挖掘机器人视觉目标定位

为实现挖掘机器人的自动挖掘,在挖掘机实验模型基础上进行了电路改造,构建了以单片机为核心的控制电路,通过无线蓝牙与上位机进行通讯,实现对挖掘机操作装置的控制。通过视觉传感器采集挖掘机铲斗、目标物的实时图像,经图像处理后,对目标物中心及铲斗标记中心进行提取、定位,计算出二者之间的实时距离,进而控制挖掘机铲斗对目标物进行挖掘。     

矩阵方程AX=B的中心对称定秩解及其最佳逼近

本文研究了矩阵方程AX=B的中心对称解.利用矩阵对的广义奇异值分解和广义逆矩阵,获得了该方程有中心对称解的充要条件以及有解时,最大秩解、最小秩解的一般表达式,并讨论了中心对称最小秩解集合中与给定矩阵的最佳逼近解.     

Additive hazards regression with random effects for clustered failure times

Additive hazards model with random effects is proposed for modelling the correlated failure time data when focus is on comparing the failure times within clusters and on estimating the correlation between failure times from the same cluster, as well as the marginal regression parameters. Our model features that, when marginalized over the random effect variable, it still enjoys the structure of the additive hazards model. We develop the estimating equations for inferring the regression parameters. The proposed estimators are shown to be consistent and asymptotically normal under appropriate regularity conditions. Furthermore, the estimator of the baseline hazards function is proposed and its asymptotic properties are also established. We propose a class of diagnostic methods to assess the overall fitting adequacy of the additive hazards model with random effects. We conduct simulation studies to evaluate the finite sample behaviors of the proposed estimators in various scenarios. Analysis of the Diabetic Retinopathy Study is provided as an illustration for the proposed method.     

The long‐term extreme price risk measure of portfolio in inventory financing: An application to dynamic impawn rate interval

Different from the short‐term risk measure for traditional financial assets (stocks, bonds, etc.), the key to illiquid inventory portfolio traded in the over‐the‐counter markets is to estimate the long‐term extreme price risk with time varying volatility. In this article, a new long‐term extreme price risk (value at risk and conditional value at risk) measure method for inventory portfolio and an application to dynamic impawn rate interval are proposed. To realize this, we first establish AutoRegressive Moving Average‐Exponential Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity‐Extreme Value Theory model and multivariatet‐Copula to depict the autocorrelation, fat tails, and volatility clustering of returns of inventories and the nonlinear dependence structure of inventories. Furthermore, we obtain the long‐term extreme price risk with time varying volatility via Monte Carlo simulation instead of square‐root‐of time rule. The results show that, first, benefits from risk diversification is significant; second, long‐term extreme price risk measure of inventory portfolio via Monte Carlo method outperforms the square‐root‐of time rule; the last is that the dynamic rate interval based on the long‐term price risk is superior to the crude rules of thumb in terms of reducing efficiency loss and improving risk coverage. In summary, this article provides a new quantitative framework for managing the risk of portfolio in inventory financing practice for banks constrained by risk limitation. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 1,3-Diyne chemistry: synthesis and derivations

Conjugated diynes have attracted more and more attention not only for their unique rod like structures and wide existence in nature product, but also the abundant properties and derivations of them. Although oxidative dimerization of alkynes or Cadiot–Chodkiewicz reactions were the main pathway and have achieved great success in the synthesis of diynes, oxidative cross coupling, FBW rearrangement as well as diyne metathesis emerged rapidly recently. Moreover, diynes could be precursors of basic heterocycles, which represented an emerging research area. This Letter will cover the recent progresses in the synthesis and further derivations of diynes.     

Synthesis and application of moisture-stable methallylsilanated phosphorylcholine as a surface modifier

New methallylsilanated phosphorylcholine (MASPCs) were synthesized via a copper-catalyzed ‘click’ reaction and demonstrated excellent moisture stability. Hydroxylated silicon compounds, silanol, and silica were grafted or modified by MASPCs in the presence of triflic acid (TfOH) and they possessed a good grafting efficiency and high loading rate.
